"Be the change that you wish to see"

I don't remember who said that, and I'm too lazy to find out.

I'm joining Gala Darling's iCing Transformation Challenge. It starts today, actually (which I didn't know), but the gist of it is that you pick something healthy that you want to do to make your life better, and for a month, you do it!

My goals are to:
  • Drink more water
  • Exercise every day (I need to get into the habit)
  • Get more sleep!!

Oh, I just thought of one more goal. I have a bad habit of waiting until I'm ravenous to eat, but I am going to stop doing that because it's just not good for you, and since I'm trying to lose a little weight, it's best to eat small meals throughout the day.

Anyway, Gala Darling is pretty awesome, and she has great advice on finding your own style, what colors work for you (if you're into that sort of thing, or are completely overwhelmed when you go shopping)... pretty much anything you want, you can find it. And if it's not there, you can email her and she'll answer your question!
